What you will do

• Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on biologics technologies and platform innovation.
• Drive antibody discovery, engineering, and candidate selection strategies in partnership with the Cambridge, MA team.
• Contribute to molecular design strategies including multi-specifics, fusion proteins, and affinity tuning.
• Partner across functions such as computational design, pharmacology, and translational sciences to shape discovery campaigns.
• Evaluate external innovation opportunities and integrate next-generation biologics capabilities.
• Mentor scientists to foster technical growth, scientific excellence, and an inclusive culture.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in biochemistry, immunology, molecular biology, or related discipline.
• 12+ years of industry experience in biologics drug discovery.
• Proven success in advancing molecules from discovery through candidate nomination.
• Deep expertise in antibody engineering and biologics discovery workflows.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing scientific teams.
• Strong track record of cross-functional partnership and influence.

Nice to have

• Experience in translational immunology and disease biology.
• Background in early target assessment and discovery campaign initiation.
• Familiarity with computational design or AI/ML applications in biologics.
• Experience sourcing external innovation via CROs or academic collaborations.
