What you will do

• Lead translational medicine and clinical biomarker strategy across oncology programs.
• Define and oversee biomarker plans for late-stage solid tumor development, including assay strategy and regulatory filing support.
• Partner with clinical development, bioinformatics, and commercial teams to align biomarker strategies with BioPharma business needs.
• Collaborate with external partners to leverage hirify.global capabilities in identifying novel targets and resistance mechanisms.
• Represent the company in external scientific initiatives and thought leadership forums.
• Contribute to study design and evidence-generation plans for internal R&D and Pharma Lab Services.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (PhD, MD, DVM, or equivalent) required.
• 15+ years of experience in translational medicine, clinical biomarker development, or oncology drug development.
• Significant experience in biomarker-driven clinical development across early- and late-stage oncology programs.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Proven success in building external scientific relationships and representing organizations in high-profile settings.
• Strong record of cross-functional collaboration and strategic execution.
