Salary: $127,313 - $147,099 USD

What you will do
- Participate in routine drug development candidate selection to support the solid tumor pipeline.
- Develop new in-house enabling technologies, including armor design, in vitro model development, and assay characterization.
- Propose and execute new initiatives for solid tumor in vivo CAR-T therapies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Lead 3-4 high-impact strategic projects across R&D, Preclinical, Technical Development, and Regulatory Affairs.
- Engage in executive mentorship and formal leadership development series to build strategic and clinical acumen.
Requirements
- Recent PhD graduate (within the last 5 years) in Biological Sciences, Molecular Biology, Immunology, or related life sciences.
- 2-3 years of research experience in academic or industry settings.
- Demonstrated record of scientific rigor, innovation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in or able to work from Philadelphia, PA.
Nice to have
- Experience in Cell Therapy for solid tumors.
- Translational research experience.
