What you will do

• Participate in routine drug development candidate selection to support the solid tumor pipeline.
• Develop new in-house enabling technologies, including armor design, in vitro model development, and assay characterization.
• Propose and execute new initiatives for solid tumor in vivo CAR-T therapies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Lead 3-4 high-impact strategic projects across R&D, Preclinical, Technical Development, and Regulatory Affairs.
• Engage in executive mentorship and formal leadership development series to build strategic and clinical acumen.

Requirements

• Recent PhD graduate (within the last 5 years) in Biological Sciences, Molecular Biology, Immunology, or related life sciences.
• 2-3 years of research experience in academic or industry settings.
• Demonstrated record of scientific rigor, innovation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in or able to work from Philadelphia, PA.

Nice to have

• Experience in Cell Therapy for solid tumors.
• Translational research experience.
