Location: Must be based in Munich, Germany (Onsite)
Salary: €37,000 – €55,000 gross per year

What you will do
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and compliance teams to ensure smooth trade settlement and problem resolution.
- Act as a central point of contact for payment investigations and compliance queries.
- Support efficient cash flow through the timely collection of outstanding receivables.
- Educate clients on processes and promote the online platform to enhance self-sufficiency.
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system and document all interactions.
- Monitor and report on outstanding trades requiring wire instructions.
Requirements
- Fluent German speaker with business-level English required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing or operational role within FX.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced trading floor environment.
- Highly organized with excellent communication and detail-oriented skills.
- Experience in payment operations or trade support is preferred.
