Associate, Vendor Experience

What you will do

• Handle approximately 250 vendor-related calls per month and resolve inquiries and concerns.
• Provide timely support for vendor-related issues.
• Monitor and evaluate vendor performance against service standards.
• Implement initiatives to improve Vendor Satisfaction and strengthen vendor relationships.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to communicate vendor pain points and upcoming changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, English, or an equivalent field is preferred.
• One or two years of relevant call center, customer service, or related experience is preferred; call center experience is not compulsory.
• Technical and system knowledge, including G-Suite; Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
• Proactive, self-motivated approach and ability to work toward targets.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to resolve issues using standard procedures.

Nice to have

• Experience in FMCG, retail, or telecommunications.
• Salesforce experience.
