Specialist, Facilities Site Management (SAP PM)

Salary: $79,500–$99,500 per year, plus annual bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Administer Safe Work Permit processes, Job Hazard Analyses, contractor safety programs, training, and compliance records.
• Manage Facilities workflow systems, including SAP PM, Resource Advisor, utility management applications, and vendor compliance platforms.
• Maintain user access, master data, asset records, preventive maintenance plans, workflows, work orders, and notifications.
• Validate utility and billing data, coordinate sustainability reporting, and analyze facility performance.
• Coordinate vendor service schedules, site access requirements, contractor compliance, and approved vendor records.
• Develop monthly performance metrics, dashboards, procedures, controlled documents, and audit-support materials.

Requirements

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, Facilities Management, Engineering Technology, Environmental Science, or a related discipline preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in facilities, maintenance, EHS, operations, or business systems administration.
• Experience with SAP PM, CMMS platforms, or other maintenance management systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data analysis tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
