What you will do

• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the corporate website and related digital properties to support business objectives.
• Implement strategies to grow key web KPIs, including traffic, sessions, lead conversion, SEO, and AIO/GEO.
• Manage multiple creative and digital agencies to deliver high-quality web and digital assets.
• Oversee website content, presentation, usability, and the overall administration of CMS processes.
• Manage project planning, including timelines and sprint tracking, within an agile environment.
• Perform light hands-on development and content entry within the CMS.

Requirements

• 10+ years of proven success in owning web strategy within corporate or high-tech environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong understanding of web usability, accessibility standards, and legislative requirements (GDPR, CCPA).
• Experience with analytical methods for data collection and reporting business KPIs.
• Proven understanding of federated search capabilities across multiple content sources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting to senior leadership teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
• Proficiency with Figma.
• Experience in SaaS, AI, tech, and B2B industries.
• Experience working with agile processes and tools.
