What you will do
- Set and evolve the overall creative vision to ensure a cohesive and elevated brand presence across all touchpoints.
- Translate brand strategy into high-impact creative assets for digital, social, web, and experiential campaigns.
- Build and scale a high-performing in-house creative team comprising designers, copywriters, and video producers.
- Operate as a player-coach, providing hands-on creative direction while mentoring the team.
- Own and evolve the visual identity system to ensure it remains differentiated and scalable.
- Integrate AI-powered tools and workflows to increase speed, scale output, and enable creative experimentation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in creative leadership, preferably within B2B SaaS or high-growth technology companies.
- 5+ years of experience leading and developing multidisciplinary creative teams.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Asana, and Unbounce.
- Proven ability to connect creative and brand decisions to measurable business outcomes.
- Practical experience with AI-powered creative tools and workflows.
