What you will do

• Own and improve client-facing marketing collateral across five business units tailored to various buyer roles.
• Evolve brand identity and messaging, including the development of a credible AI positioning strategy.
• Manage digital presence and execute an SEO strategy to improve organic visibility in the P&C insurance market.
• Develop and execute go-to-market plans with a particular focus on cross-sell strategies across business units.
• Oversee conference and event strategies, from coordination to post-event sales enablement.
• Monitor competitive activity and market trends to provide actionable positioning updates.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or director-level role.
• Must be based in the United States (indicated by US-specific benefits and legal disclosures).
• Proven ability to operate as a player-coach, balancing high-level strategy with direct execution.
• Strong writing skills to translate complex service offerings into compelling narratives for insurance buyers.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and modern marketing toolsets.
• Bachelor's degree.
