Salary: $130,000–$180,000 USD + 15% annual target bonus.

What you will do

• Define and execute the strategy for hirify.global.com and sub-brand sites to drive customer acquisition and revenue.
• Manage and advance SEO/AEO strategies across business units and lead large-scale initiatives like site migrations and brand consolidation.
• Own the CRO strategy and implement a structured experimentation roadmap to improve user journeys and funnel performance.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team spanning technical web development, CRO, and content.
• Monitor site health, tracking Core Web Vitals and ensuring performance, crawlability, and indexability standards.
• Support international expansion into 10+ EU markets through localization and scalable content frameworks.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in SEO, website marketing, or digital strategy with a track record of owning end-to-end execution.
• Proven ability to drive measurable business impact through organic growth and conversion rate optimization.
• Deep expertise in technical SEO, site architecture, international SEO (hreflang), AEO, and GEO.
• Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Strong product and program management orientation to prioritize and drive execution across multiple workstreams.
• Must be based in Chicago, IL.

• Experience leading website strategy within fintech, trading platforms, or highly regulated industries.
