Salary: $203,000 - $305,000 USD (US) / $185,000 - $278,000 CAD (Canada)

What you will do
- Manage and coach a team of product marketers to deliver high-quality messaging and strategy.
- Own the positioning, narrative, and launch strategy for core products including Enterprise Password Manager and Device Trust.
- Define the market narrative that reframes core products in the age of AI and automation.
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Solutions Marketing to drive competitive differentiation and GTM motions.
- Serve as the voice of the market to product leadership to influence roadmap and packaging decisions.
- Represent the company in analyst briefings, customer advisory calls, and thought leadership initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience with depth in identity security or access governance.
- 3+ years of direct people management experience with a track record of developing PMM talent.
- Hands-on experience positioning AI-native or AI-adjacent security solutions.
- Ability to market technically complex products to diverse audiences including CISOs and security engineers.
- Must be based in the United States or Canada.
- Strong narrative instincts and ability to defend strategic recommendations.

- Security certifications such as CISSP or Security+.
- Experience driving thought leadership in fast-moving technology categories.
