What you will do

• Create, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Build, launch, and maintain high-converting customer websites using platforms like WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or Webflow.
• Configure forms, tracking, SEO fundamentals, integrations, and analytics to ensure sites are ready to generate leads.
• Analyze campaign data to interpret performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Partner directly with business owners to establish and grow their online presence.
• Explore and implement new marketing tools and AI technologies to scale internal processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns (in-house or agency).
• Proven experience building websites using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, GoHighLevel).
• Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and Google Business Profile.
• Understanding of SEO, local search optimization, and landing page best practices.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills for presenting results to customers.
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
