What you will do

• Provide end-to-end operational support for Cisco routing, switching, and infrastructure.
• Implement and maintain Zero Trust architecture, including identity-aware segmentation and traffic controls.
• Manage firewall policy lifecycles and ensure compliance with security governance.
• Integrate network operations with ServiceNow for incident, change, and configuration management.
• Monitor network health, link utilization, and performance using enterprise-grade tools.
• Support impact analysis, testing, and validation for network changes.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Background Investigation.
• Extensive experience with Cisco Catalyst, Nexus, and ISR/ASR platforms.
• Proficiency in firewall policy management and Zscaler integration.
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust principles and network security governance.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM processes.
