What you will do

• Manage multiple customer initiatives, leading platform configuration and technical support efforts.
• Prioritize and document customer challenges to articulate and implement specific product solutions.
• Improve workflows and configuration processes for the hirify.global platform and managed services.
• Analyze system architecture to differentiate between common and critical issues and escalate accordingly.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Professional Services teams to resolve issues.
• Enable efficiency and customer insight through systems automation and best practices.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in platform support, technical support, or implementation within SaaS.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong client-facing communication, written and verbal presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data and workflow analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple customer initiatives and identify root causes of problems.

Nice to have

• Previous exposure to cloud computing and API integration.
• Knowledge of data querying, analytics, dashboards, and reporting.
• Experience with SQL, JIRA, Salesforce, Google Suite, or Zendesk.
• Proficiency in JavaScript or Python.
