What you will do

• Lead requirements gathering, validation, and documentation for complex operational initiatives.
• Translate business needs into functional solutions and support IT intake, solution design, and implementation.
• Partner with Operations, IT, Finance, Sales, and Marketing to identify improvement opportunities and align stakeholders.
• Develop business cases with ROI analysis and support prioritization based on business value.
• Coordinate UAT cycles, create test cases, manage defects, and support training and business readiness.
• Improve operational processes and enhance client and user experience.

Requirements

• College diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, operations, or project environments.
• Experience with cross-functional initiatives, complex projects, business cases, and ROI analysis.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx.
• Knowledge of AI, cloud-based systems, SaaS solutions, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, influencing, and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in insurance or financial services.
• Familiarity with Jira, ALM, and low-code or automation platforms.
• Bilingualism in French and English.
