Associate Business Systems Analyst

What you will do

• Collaborate with senior team members, customers, software engineers, architects, and capability managers to capture needs and develop business solutions.
• Create and maintain business visions, requirements, client-specific deliverables, and user interface design documentation.
• Participate in Agile Scrum teams throughout the software development life cycle, supporting analysis, testing, design, and capability management activities.
• Support requirements testing through test plans, scenarios, documentation, defect management, and analysis of customer impact.
• Ensure required standards and approvals are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct or support requirements walkthroughs and sprint reviews, communicate project status, enable vendor solutions, and maintain clear documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience in information systems or information technology.
• Analytical, problem-solving, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Knowledge of SQL, Agile methodology, and Agile project management.
• Ability to work remotely from Pennsylvania, United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma.
• Experience or knowledge in the health insurance or healthcare industry.
• ITIL, TOGAF, Six Sigma, or PMP certification.
