Salary: $81,500 - $139,500

What you will do

  • Develop market-informed growth strategies for the professional learning and services portfolio.
  • Define differentiated positioning and messaging frameworks to elevate service value.
  • Partner with Growth Marketing to execute revenue-driving campaigns and pipeline initiatives.
  • Equip Sales teams with high-impact enablement tools, pitch materials, and objection-handling resources.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, and Partner Success teams.
  • Analyze market research, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing.
  • Proven success leading revenue-driving go-to-market initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of the K-12 professional learning ecosystem and implementation science.
  • Experience developing sales enablement tools and partnering on campaign strategy.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Ability to influence without authority and manage multiple strategic projects simultaneously.

Nice to have

  • Product Marketing experience within the K-8 education market.
  • Background in education, such as classroom teaching or district leadership.
  • Experience driving adoption of virtual or hybrid service models.
