Location: Remote within the United States (East Coast preferred).
Salary: $146,000–$172,000 per year.

What you will do
- Serve as the primary marketing liaison for strategic partners, managing day-to-day relationships and executive-level communication.
- Lead end-to-end co-marketing launches, including marketplace listings, seller enablement, and joint events.
- Develop and maintain a centralized co-marketing hub for messaging, assets, and campaign materials.
- Create high-impact co-branded assets such as solution briefs, landing pages, and sales enablement materials.
- Collaborate with revenue marketing to identify joint customer overlap and track co-marketing performance against pipeline goals.
- Audit partner-facing materials regularly to ensure accuracy in product positioning and brand alignment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2 years in partner, alliances, or product marketing.
- Proven experience marketing alongside enterprise ISV/platform partners (e.g., Workday, SAP) or consulting models (e.g., PwC).
- Strong executive presence with the ability to represent the company to senior stakeholders (VP+).
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional relationships and build programs from scratch.
- Excellent written communication skills with an instinct for clear, accurate product messaging.
- Must be based in the United States.

- Experience in HR tech, compensation, or enterprise SaaS.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
