TL;DR

Coordinator, Learning Services (LMS): Supporting the Learning Services team by executing LMS operational and administrative processes with an accent on content administration and system hygiene. Focus on managing learner enrollments, performing quality checks on LMS builds, and providing professional support to internal stakeholders.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 USD

What you will do

  • Support routine LMS builds, updates, and configurations using established SOPs and templates.
  • Manage learning content throughout its lifecycle, including uploading, organizing, and retiring content.
  • Handle learner enrollments, assignments, access requests, and course updates.
  • Execute standardized reporting for participation, completion, and compliance tracking.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the Learning Inbox, troubleshooting common access and navigation issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and project artifacts while tracking deliverables via designated tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or professional experience in administration, operations, education, or healthcare.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Experience using or supporting a Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Working proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint).
  • Ability to follow documented SOPs and maintain high accuracy in high-volume, repeatable work.
  • Experience working within structured processes or compliance-focused environments.
