What you will do

  • Maintain employee personnel files and HR records including onboarding and offboarding documentation.
  • Serve as the administrative liaison between the company and PEO management.
  • Assist with payroll administration, timecard reviews, and audits.
  • Support compliance with federal, California, and local employment laws.
  • Provide administrative support to executive leadership including scheduling and document preparation.
  • Coordinate operational activities across multiple locations including permits, licenses, and inspections.

Requirements

  • Must be based in San Francisco, California
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, office management, or HR coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel between company locations as needed.
