What you will do

  • Manage the complete provider lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding, ensuring compliance and a high-quality experience.
  • Oversee credentialing, licensing, and enrollment activities in partnership with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Monitor regulatory adherence to NCQA, CMS, and state licensing board requirements.
  • Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards to track onboarding progress and provider productivity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical, People, and Business Operations to align processes.
  • Lead strategic projects aimed at enhancing provider operations infrastructure and systems.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field (Bachelor's preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in provider operations, credentialing, and payor enrollment within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory standards (NCQA, CMS).
  • Proficiency with EHR systems, Symplr credentialing databases, and data reporting tools.
  • Proven ability to manage complex workflows and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
