TL;DR

Product Owner (D365 Finance & Operations): Leading the operational stability and strategic evolution of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O platform with an accent on Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations. Focus on driving the product roadmap, managing Phase 2+ implementations, and optimizing the ERP environment for a high-growth DTC brand.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Salary: $130,000 - $145,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead day-to-day BAU operations and system stability in partnership with the system administrator.
  • Own the D365 product strategy and roadmap, aligning with hirify.global's and Unilever's objectives.
  • Plan and lead future implementation phases (Phase 2+) to expand Finance and Supply Chain capabilities.
  • Translate cross-functional stakeholder requirements into actionable D365 configurations.
  • Manage vendor relationships with third-party delivery partners and support teams.
  • Ensure system compliance with AFCF and ICF control frameworks to meet audit expectations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in a Business Analyst or Technical Product role, preferably in CPG, Manufacturing, or Retail.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience implementing and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Proven track record in supporting D365 BAU environments and leading post-go-live optimizations.
  • Experience leading at least one ERP migration (preferably QuickBooks to D365).
  • Deep understanding of eCommerce and direct-to-consumer (DTC) business models.
  • Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment and manage global stakeholders.
