Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in the office - Greater Boston area, USA)

What you will do
- Shape and communicate the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate across Engineering, UX, Analytics, Security, and Compliance teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including release planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives.
- Manage cross-squad dependencies and engage with third-party vendors to support team objectives.
- Ensure all products meet strict security, privacy, regulatory, and compliance standards.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or other highly regulated industry environments.
- In-depth working knowledge of Salesforce and experience translating business needs into Salesforce-enabled solutions.
- Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud (specifically Campaign functionality) and the Cvent event planning application.
- Proven expertise in Agile product development, user story writing, and backlog management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid (3 days/week) in the Greater Boston area.
