Salary: £80,000 – £110,000 per annum or up to £575 per day (Contract)

What you will do

• Own and manage the D365 ERP & CRM product roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Prioritise and maintain the Product & Feature Backlog aligned to strategic business objectives.
• Lead backlog grooming sessions and create clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Agile delivery teams, Solution Architects, and third-party suppliers.
• Manage stakeholder engagement across operational teams and senior leadership.
• Drive user acceptance testing, product quality, and customer feedback processes.

Requirements

• Extensive experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP & CRM.
• Proven experience delivering ERP/CRM solutions within complex transformation programmes.
• Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
• Expertise in managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and prioritisation frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable user stories.

• Experience within consultancy, services, travel, or customer-focused industries.
• Knowledge of CRM governance and data management.
• Exposure to enterprise-scale digital transformation programmes.
