What you will do

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of relevant business experience, including product manager/product owner or similar roles.
• Understanding of iterative development and software development processes.
• Expertise in Agile Product Management, stakeholder management, market and user research, technology management, and process design.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and influence skills, including strong facilitation and executive communications.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Certified Product Manager or similar certification.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Experience developing and delivering product strategy with value/outcome framing and relevant metrics.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing across complex initiatives.
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
