Salary: $140,000 – $210,000

What you will do

• Own and maintain a prioritized product backlog aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Translate business opportunities into well-defined features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Evaluate priorities based on value, risk, and stakeholder feedback to maximize business outcomes.
• Define and validate measurable success metrics for product initiatives.
• Serve as the primary business representative, collaborating with stakeholders through planning and reviews.
• Partner with cross-functional Agile teams to provide direction and rapid decision-making.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant professional experience (or 5+ years with an advanced degree).
• Proven experience as a Business Product Owner or similar role within an Agile environment.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into actionable development plans and backlogs.
• Experience balancing business value, risk, and stakeholder expectations using data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams.
