Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid role based in Nashville, TN

What you will do

• Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with company strategy, customer needs, and market trends.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from clients and stakeholders, translating them into detailed user stories and functional specifications.
• Lead discovery activities, including customer interviews, workflow analysis, and competitive research.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and engineering teams to ensure the delivery of intuitive, client-centric product experiences.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation and planning to launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Monitor key performance metrics and partner with Sales and Client Success to support product enablement and training.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of product management experience in SaaS, fintech, or financial services.
• Must be based in Nashville, TN (Hybrid).
• Proven experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success managing product lifecycles from concept to launch.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
