What you will do

  • Serve as the primary relationship lead for an assigned book of business, driving account strategy and client goals.
  • Act as the quarterback for internal teams across operations, clinical, analytics, and product to ensure cohesive service delivery.
  • Lead client-facing interactions including stewardship meetings, QBRs, and strategic renewals.
  • Translate complex reporting and trend data into clear, actionable narratives for clients.
  • Manage the renewal process, including strategic positioning and competitive defense.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling and upselling ancillary services to drive account expansion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in health administration, business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefits, or account management supporting commercial clients.
  • Proven ability to lead client relationships and operate with confidence in client-facing settings.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data and market dynamics into strategy.
  • Experience navigating renewal cycles, contract discussions, and retention strategies.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% based on business needs.

  • Experience supporting large, complex employer, labor, or public sector clients.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to tell a compelling story with data.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience mentoring or coaching team members.
