What you will do

• Own the solution engineering process for enterprise opportunities in the Healthcare & Utilities vertical from deep-dive to conversion.
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations and proofs-of-concept anchored in industry value drivers and KPIs.
• Manage functional RFPs, RFIs, and complex IT integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy, stakeholder mapping, and technical value proposition talk-tracks.
• Provide structured industry intelligence and competitive analysis back to the Product team to shape the roadmap.
• Mentor junior SEs and contribute to enablement content and battle-cards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in solution engineering, presales, or tech consulting for B2B enterprise SaaS.
• Deep understanding of the value chain, regulatory pressures, and digital landscape of the Healthcare & Utilities industry.
• Technical fluency in REST APIs, SAP, SSO, cloud architecture, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Outstanding communication skills in both English and German.
• Must be based in Milan.
• Demonstrated ownership of complex enterprise deals with sizes exceeding €250K.

Nice to have

• Domain expertise in Supplier Intelligence, Carbon Accounting, Traceability, and Product compliance.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Coupa, or ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in Italian, Spanish, or French.
• Exposure to Agentic AI in enterprise SaaS.
