Salary: €26,000–€34,000 RAL per year under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement for employees of companies in the distribution and services sector.

What you will do
- Prepare, process, and monitor quotations, orders, and deliveries according to sales administration procedures.
- Prepare quotations for prospects and collect information to respond to customer requests.
- Support customers and distributors and follow up on registered-order deliveries.
- Open, monitor, and maintain customer records.
- Coordinate customer account follow-up with accounting, logistics, and IT departments.
Requirements
- Initial significant experience in a similar sales administration position.
- Autonomous, detail-oriented, proactive approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- Previous experience with ERP and/or CRM systems, preferably Salesforce and SAP.
