What you will do

• Lead the overall manufacturing quality management program, including the review of processes for IQC, IPQC, OQC, and FAI.
• Develop product-specific quality inspection, monitoring, and verification procedures in collaboration with manufacturing partners and engineering teams.
• Review SCARs and 8Ds from component suppliers and partners to drive continuous quality improvement.
• Coordinate with Product Managers to conduct root-cause analysis on customer RMA claims and implement corrective resolutions.
• Validate and maintain consistent quality standards across all manufacturing sites in coordination with Test and Production Engineers.
• Participate in strategic sourcing and the selection of manufacturing partners based on reliability and quality.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on manufacturing quality experience with high-volume consumer and commercial electronic products.
• 5+ years of manufacturing quality management experience specifically with camera-related products.
• Proficiency in ISO-9001 and ISO-14001 requirements.
• Professional written, verbal, and presentation skills in English and Chinese.
• Ability to travel as needed within Asia and to the US.
