Compensation: $300,000 OTE plus equity

What you will do

• Lead technical sales motions including discovery, architecture design, demos, and executive briefings.
• Manage complex security reviews and technical buy-in processes with IT and security leadership.
• Integrate the platform with prospect stacks including IdPs, ITSM, MDM, and various SaaS applications.
• Translate unique technical requirements into scoped, value-based use cases and success criteria.
• Build the foundational SA toolkit, including demo environments, reference architectures, and evaluation frameworks.
• Act as a bridge between field feedback and product engineering to address objections and feature gaps.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in solutions architecture, sales engineering, or comparable pre-sales roles.
• Proven track record of selling technical products to senior IT and security buyers.
• Deep technical credibility with the ability to debug integrations live and handle sharp security questions.
• Working fluency with modern IT stacks, including IdPs, SCIM, ITSM, APIs, and access management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts for both technical and executive audiences.
• Must be willing to work on-site in San Francisco or New York.

• Experience with ITSM, IGA, access management, security, or AI automation products.
