What you will do

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and IT Architects.
• Lead technical pre-sales activities including presentations, product demos, and RFP responses.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Professional Services to ensure successful customer outcomes.
• Represent the technical and business value of the platform at industry events.
• Identify expansion opportunities and support sales teams in growing account value.
• Provide feedback to product teams based on industry trends and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Ohio Valley region.
• 5-7 years of experience in a pre-sales solution engineering or customer-facing technical role.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, Windows desktop management, and endpoint security.
• Proven ability to deliver high-impact presentations to both technical and executive audiences.
• Experience with subscription-based go-to-market models and customer adoption strategies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
