Salary: $180,000–$230,000 OTE

What you will do

• Own the technical post-sale customer journey, including deployment, integration, and ongoing success.
• Analyze customer workflows and operational processes to create tailored implementation plans.
• Configure and integrate AI components into customer-specific workflows.
• Collaborate with R&D to address data gaps and extend product capabilities.
• Ensure end-to-end solution deployment meets performance and business value expectations.
• Lead integrations with enterprise systems while navigating security and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Implementation Engineering, or Technical Consulting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Deep understanding of AI concepts and their enterprise applications.
• Experience supporting deployments across cloud environments and enterprise system integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage solution delivery across the full post-sale customer lifecycle.

Nice to have

• Experience with process mining, workflow mapping, or operational analytics.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms.
• Financial services industry experience.
