What you will do

• Shape the product vision and strategy for the hirify.global Agent Experience.
• Prototype flows and draft specifications using agentic coding tools.
• Communicate roadmap and value to customers, partners, and executives.
• Collaborate across disciplines to deliver features from prompt to production.
• Manage the product backlog and prioritize high-impact work.
• Track adoption and customer outcomes to optimize for value.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technical or SaaS role.
• Hands-on experience building or shipping with AI agents, LLMs, or agentic coding tools.
• Strong technical depth including APIs, cloud architecture, and modern web technologies.
• Excellent written communication skills for creating clear, structured documentation.
• Ability to reason about system design and build alongside engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; MBA is a plus.
• Experience with Drupal, Kubernetes, or enterprise content management.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Aha!.
