Location: Must be based in the Bay Area for hybrid work (SF office Mon/Tues/Thurs).

What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Studio platform, including agent and workflow builders.
• Define how teams design, test, and deploy AI agents without writing code.
• Partner with engineering teams to make sharp product and technical tradeoffs based on AI/ML research.
• Analyze customer usage and product metrics to iterate on features and improve performance.
• Act as a spokesperson for the product internally and with customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship high-quality, reliable healthcare solutions.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of product management experience with a track record of launching customer-facing products.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and active self-study of the latest models and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through the full product development lifecycle.
• Strong product analytics instincts and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Comfort working alongside highly technical engineering teams in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build buy-in.

Nice to have

• Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup.
• Prior experience building or launching AI agents or ML products.
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in wireframing and editing designs in Figma.
• Degree in a technical discipline.
