Location: Hybrid, must be based in Amsterdam, with 25–35% travel across the EU.

What you will do

• Lead solution engineering for enterprise opportunities within the Healthcare & Utilities vertical.
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations and proofs-of-concept based on realistic industry scenarios.
• Manage technical integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Own the creation of functional RFPs, RFIs, and IT-integration documentation.
• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy, stakeholder mapping, and value proposition talk-tracks.
• Feed industry insights back to the Product team to refine the roadmap.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in solution engineering, presales, or technical consulting for B2B enterprise SaaS.
• Deep understanding of the value chain and regulatory pressures in the Healthcare & Utilities industry.
• Proven track record of managing complex enterprise deals exceeding €250K.
• Technical fluency in REST APIs, SAP, SSO, cloud architecture, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Outstanding communication skills in both German and English.
• Must be based in Amsterdam.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Coupa, or ServiceNow.
• Domain expertise in Carbon Accounting, Reporting, and Product compliance.
• Proficiency in Italian, Spanish, or French.
• Exposure to Agentic AI in enterprise SaaS environments.
