What you will do

• Define and deliver product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Own and prioritise the product backlog to ensure delivery of high-value outcomes.
• Translate customer and business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Design, and Data teams to deliver scalable digital products.
• Analyze customer, operational, and commercial data to inform product decisions.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager delivering digital products within Agile environments.
• Strong experience in developing product roadmaps and managing complex backlogs.
• Experience using customer insights and data to drive product strategy.
• Must be based in the UK.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.
• Strong customer-centric mindset with experience in product discovery and problem definition.

Nice to have

• Experience within Energy, Utilities, or Net Zero sectors.
• Knowledge of the Smart Export Guarantee (SEG), Solar PV, EVs, or battery storage.
• Experience working within regulated environments or alongside industry policy.
