What you will do
- Capture, analyze, and synthesize business requirements into clear, detailed, and prioritized user stories.
- Collaborate with technical teams to detail user stories at functional and technical levels, ensuring feasibility.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog aligned with product objectives using Scrum.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (refinement, planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and help resolve team questions.
- Support estimations for user stories and tasks to enable effective sprint planning.
- Manage stakeholders as the main point of contact, gather feedback, and align expectations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within agile teams.
- Strong functional analysis skills and experience defining user stories.
- Sufficient technical knowledge to interact with development teams and detail technical requirements.
- Proficiency with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience managing product backlogs and prioritizing work with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent English (Mandatory).
