What you will do
- Capture, analyze, and synthesize business requirements into clear, detailed, and prioritized user stories.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define functional and technical requirements and confirm feasibility.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog in line with product objectives using Scrum and other agile practices.
- Participate in refinement, planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint estimation activities.
- Connect stakeholders with development teams, gather feedback, and align expectations.
- Identify high-impact functionality and communicate end-user needs to maximize delivered business value.
Requirements
- Professional experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within agile teams.
- Strong functional analysis skills and experience defining user stories.
- Sufficient technical knowledge to work with development teams and detail technical requirements.
- Experience with Scrum or Kanban, product backlogs, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with JIRA and Azure DevOps; basic knowledge of UX/UI, user-centered design, DevOps, and continuous delivery.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
