Location: Hybrid (2 days a week in office); candidate must be based in one of the company's European regions (Nordics, Benelux, UK, or Continental Europe).

Salary: €75,000–€80,000 per year

What you will do

• Own and shape the Storefront product roadmap across Troostwijk, Vavato, and Surplex.
• Optimize the full buyer journey, from item discovery and bidding to winning and payment.
• Collaborate with design and engineering through the cycles of discovery, definition, delivery, and validation.
• Run discovery processes to identify core customer problems and translate findings into sequenced plans.
• Partner with data, marketing, CRM, and commercial teams to align on priorities and direction.
• Balance the rollout of new improvements with the stability and speed of live platforms across multiple brands.

Requirements

• University degree in psychology, informatics, engineering, design, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a product management role leading agile squads.
• Proven track record of pairing a clear product vision with pragmatic execution.
• Experience in fast-paced digital environments, specifically e-commerce or auctioning.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of German or Dutch is a plus.
• Experience using AI tooling (e.g., Claude) to optimize work processes.
