What you will do

• Gather, clarify, and document product requirements with stakeholders, users, and developers.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to align priorities and communicate status, issues, timelines, and releases.
• Own sprint planning and backlog management, including refining user stories and supporting sprint ceremonies.
• Develop SME-level expertise in product functionality, workflows, and organizational operations; identify improvement opportunities from feedback and operational insights.
• Analyze product usage and feedback to recommend future development and technical work; document workflows and system changes.
• Monitor releases and validate delivered solutions meet user and business needs; may manage Product Analysts depending on team structure.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in product ownership, product management, or a related role.
• Experience working with software development teams and end-users.
• Strong analytical skills to translate complex needs into clear requirements.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and backlog management practices.
• Familiarity with project/collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.

Nice to have

• Prior experience supporting Agile/Scrum teams.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification.
• Management ability or experience for potential future team growth.
