What you will do

• Coordinate multiple cross-functional software development initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery timelines.
• Identify, track, and proactively manage risks, issues, assumptions, and cross-team dependencies.
• Support Agile ceremonies, including release planning, sprint planning, and program reviews.
• Monitor program progress and communicate status, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders.
• Drive release readiness activities and coordinate successful product launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in program or project management supporting software or digital product development.
• Proven experience working with Agile software development teams and methodologies.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to identify risks, manage dependencies, and drive execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Must be based in San Diego, CA, United States.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Plans, Confluence, Product Discovery).
• Experience supporting SaaS, cloud, mobile applications, or digital product development.
• Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or regulated medical device industries.
• Experience supporting global or geographically distributed teams.
