Salary: $115,000–$125,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and motivate a six-person team toward a results-driven, high-performing culture.
• Develop and execute annual and 3-year program plans, including service offerings and financials.
• Manage vendor relationships through MBRs and QBRs to ensure high-value execution.
• Optimize end-to-end program processes and oversee the introduction of new channel services.
• Coordinate with global technical teams in Denmark for tech stack integrations and automation.
• Create key support tools such as B2B/B2C marketing materials and sales support tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications.
• 7+ years of experience in agency or program management.
• Proven track record of building and leading B2B and B2B2C programs.
• Strong skills in content creation and digital marketing tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.

Nice to have

• Graduate-level degree or PMP certification.
• Experience in the medical device, hearing, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Background in advertising agency content development.
