What you will do

• Lead execution of high-priority strategic initiatives and partnerships, often starting from undefined problems.
• Design new programs from first principles, defining strategy, milestones, and expected financial impact.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Commercial, Product, Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
• Build governance structures, implementation frameworks, and scalable project plans.
• Develop executive-level reporting, KPIs, and financial analyses for leadership.
• Evaluate program performance through ROI and cost-benefit analysis to recommend success metrics.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years managing complex, large-scale, cross-functional programs.
• Demonstrated track record of bringing structure and strategy to undefined problems with significant autonomy.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven ability to communicate and build credibility with Senior Leadership.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Clinical background or clinical fluency (e.g., RN, clinical operations, or other healthcare delivery experience).
• Prior experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Confluence, and Jira.
