What you will do

• Develop and execute detailed project plans to meet timelines and budget requirements.
• Serve as the primary contact point for customers, ensuring timely communication and decision-making.
• Coordinate data collection from customers and collaborators while ensuring compliance with onboarding protocols.
• Document and organize project requirements, success criteria, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage cross-functional workflows involving neurologists, data scientists, and engineers to deliver analysis products.
• Maintain strict compliance with operating procedures for data extraction, visualization, and governance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects involving cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and conciseness.
• Strong capability to uncover dependencies, identify priorities, and anticipate quality check needs.
• Analytical mindset with a genuine interest in statistics, analytics, and machine learning.
