R&D Mechanical Engineer (Mechanical Design)

What you will do

• Design and develop mechanical systems and components with a focus on structural integrity and performance.
• Perform static, kinematic, dynamic, force, strength, and dimensioning calculations for mechanical assemblies.
• Plan and execute test plans, validate durability, assess prototypes, and identify engineering risks.
• Optimize products and design processes while ensuring compliance with specifications, standards, quality, environmental, and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with electrical engineers, software developers, and project managers to integrate mechanical systems into larger solutions.
• Prepare design specifications, engineering reports, manuals, datasheets, production and installation documentation, and test-release documents.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in similar mechanical engineering roles.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with mechanical design and modeling.
• Proficiency with CAD software.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong calculation, mathematical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
