What you will do

• Design mechanical parts, assemblies, and Bills of Materials for high-performance heat pump systems.
• Create detailed technical documentation, 3D models, and 2D drawings using SolidWorks.
• Develop enclosures for PCBAs using plastic injection molding and sheet metal techniques.
• Collaborate with industrial designers to realize A-surfaces and CMF specifications.
• Manage the full development cycle from concept and physical prototyping to mass production.
• Coordinate with cross-functional engineering teams and external suppliers to ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Strong proficiency in 3D design tools, with SolidWorks experience being highly advantageous.
• Experience developing consumer products that integrate electronics and embedded software.
• Proven track record of transitioning designs into mass production with rigorous quality control.
• Experience in system testing, reliability qualification, and physical prototyping.
• Ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
