What you will do

• Support CMP/ATMC production by executing, sustaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing processes.
• Monitor production needs and review FDC faults in accordance with established OCAPs.
• Analyze SPC and TMON data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain critical process documentation, including specifications and SWEs.
• Optimize tool utilization and set up Nova and touch-up recipes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and Maintenance teams to resolve operational issues.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Austin, Texas.
• 3–5 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience, with mandatory CMP experience.
• Associate’s (AA) Technical Degree or equivalent hands-on factory experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and working knowledge of process control (SPC).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic understanding of EHS standards and chemical handling.
