What you will do

• Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production line performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex machinery and process issues to minimize downtime.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and document all repair activities.
• Conduct quality inspections on raw materials and finished products to ensure adherence to standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or operations role.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with measurement tools like micrometers and calipers.
• Ability to work onsite in Lakewood, CO.
