Supervisor, Manufacturing (PSP) (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Horsham, Pennsylvania, United States; regular on-site presence required.

Salary: $72,290–$91,566 annually, plus bonus opportunity.

hirify.global designs, develops, manufactures, and services complex machines used to produce semiconductor and other advanced technology devices. The PSP division produces advanced wet process tools for next-generation semiconductor manufacturing.

What you will do

• Direct, coach, and develop manufacturing technicians while ensuring quality, delivery, and safety standards.
• Translate build roadmaps and work orders into production priorities and make real-time decisions to meet customer schedules.
• Balance workflow, assign resources, and monitor parts and assemblies to optimize throughput and on-time readiness.
• Maintain ISO-compliant processes and enforce preventive maintenance, training, and calibration policies.
• Partner with Lean Practitioners on continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S and Six Sigma.
• Report production metrics, lead GEMBA walks, manage material transactions in SAP, and support part flow and inventory integrity.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of manufacturing experience and 2 years in a supervisory capacity required; experience in an ISO-regulated environment is preferred.
• Experience in high-precision product assembly.
• Proven leadership skills, including motivating teams, prioritizing effectively, and delivering operational results.
• Ability to interpret schematics, bills of materials, routing documents, and mechanical drawings.
• MRP familiarity required; SAP experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and balance quality, cost, and delivery in complex decisions.
• Comfort working in cleanroom environments.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs and maintain regular on-site presence.

• Semiconductor or vacuum equipment background.
• Knowledge of semiconductor equipment assembly.

• SAP experience.
