What you will do

• Direct and coach a team of manufacturing technicians to ensure builds meet quality, delivery, and safety standards.
• Translate build roadmaps and work orders into actionable priorities to keep production on track.
• Optimize throughput by balancing line workflow and adjusting resource assignments.
• Maintain ISO-compliant processes and enforce preventive maintenance, training, and calibration policies.
• Partner with Lean Practitioners to execute continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S and Six Sigma.
• Manage material transactions and inventory integrity using SAP.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Horsham, PA.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience in high-precision product assembly, preferably within semiconductor or vacuum equipment backgrounds.
• Proficiency in SAP and MRP systems.
• Ability to interpret technical schematics, BOMs, routing documents, and mechanical drawings.
• Physical ability to lift 30 lbs and comfort working in cleanroom environments.
